A question about my order
How do I track my order?
After each order you will receive a confirmation email.
Once the order is ready to be shipped, you will receive the tracking number of your package.

What happens once the order is validated?
Once the order is validated, you will receive a confirmation email and will no longer be able to modify it.
Upon shipment, you will receive an email with postal tracking information.
You can track the progress of your order by visiting the Colissimo website.
You will receive your order within an estimated 4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after shipment for mainland France. Anyone present at your address will be able to collect your package, but it will not be possible to change the delivery address. If you are absent, you will receive an email notification inviting you to collect your order at a collection point.

In mainland France, Colissimo orders are delivered in 2 to 4 working days.

What are the delivery rates?
Shipping costs are €5.95 for mainland France. Shipping is free for orders over €90.
