Welcome to this new program to explore the 7 chakras.
The chakras are vital energy centers whose role is to absorb energy from the base of the spine (the root chakra) to the top of the skull (the crown chakra) and redistribute it. For Hindu women, our body is not just made of flesh and bones; we are multidimensional beings inhabited by spiritual energy.
In this program, I invite you to discover this wonderful chakra system. My contemporary vision of considering the chakras is to see them as a tool for understanding & self-knowledge. In this logic, the chakras allow you to ask questions and to travel inside oneself to discover a little more.
