The idea is to offer you every day, for 3 weeks, varied yoga practices and all levels, to work and move your entire body. I offer you, through videos of 20 to 30 minutes maximum complete practices to balance and align your body with your mind.

It is said that it takes 21 days to install and establish a new habit, a new ritual. I hope that thanks to this program, and thanks to daily practice, yoga will become a ritual for you, an essential that you will no longer be able to do without!

Is the challenge all levels ?

Of course ! The videos are accessible to everyone: beginners, intermediates & experienced. Please note, this does not mean that all videos will be soft. Some courses are more challenging than others!

How long do I have access to the challenge ?

You will retain your access to the challenge for life. You can practice and follow the videos as many times as possible!

What happens after I register ?
