How this method allowed me to become autonomous and regular in my practice ?
Before finding a simple, clear and effective structure for my
yoga practice, I had the impression that 'something was missing in
my yoga practice. I was stagnating and had difficulty making progress.
I knew that yoga was good for me physically, mentally and
emotionally, but I felt limited. I stagnated and couldn't

MODULE 1: The fundamentals
Before embarking on all the practical & technical aspects, you need solid foundations.
This module will help you:
- Master the fundamentals of yoga: What is yoga ? What are its benefits on the body & the mind ? What are the different types of yoga ?
- Be perfectly clear on the objective behind your practice and know your intention
- Do not no longer procrastinate, and have an organization to introduce yoga into your daily routines
MODULE 2: Time for practice!
Doing yoga means practicing physical postures (asanas), but it also means knowing how to breathe.
This module will help you:
- Master the art of breathing in movement : How to breathe ? How long to hold the postures ?
- Learn the basics of breathing and its benefits, with a focus on breathing complete and ujayi breathing.
- All you need to know about postures: What is asana ? What are the categories of postures ? What is a counter- posture ?
- Listening to you and individualizing your practice according to your needs & desires
MODULE 3: Structure
A yoga sequence is based on 4 fundamental pillars.
This module will help you:
- Understand the 4 pillars of a yoga sequence: anchoring , warm-up, practice, relaxation
- Set a framework for your practice: intention, duration, etc.
- Create an optimal warm-up
- Master sun salutations
- Have a clear, simple and defined structure to create your sequences
- Master the transitions of a posture to the other
MODULE 4: Creativity
It is possible to create an infinite number of yoga sequences, creativity is your only limit!
This module will help you:

Who am I ?
I am Roxanne, yoga teacher and the founder of YOGASANA. Discovering yoga changed my life! Through a pedagogical, joyous and global approach to yoga, I wish to enable everyone to learn to know themselves better, to discover themselves and to align through the practice of yoga.
I created the YOGASANA card tools in November 2020 to
support me in my yoga practice: create my own sequences and master the postures one by one.
Today, I suggest you go further thanks to this training, to develop THE yoga that suits YOU, and teach you to create your own sequences.
When you want to learn more and become independent in your practice, unless you register for a YTT (Yoga Teacher Training - training to become a yoga teacher, of 200 hours minimum), you there are no (or few) resources.

Is the training all levels ?
The training is accessible to everyone, whether you are a beginner, intermediate or experienced. In my opinion, it is aimed more at amateur yogis and not at yoga teachers.
Are there yoga classes in the training ?
NO. The training offers educational video content. These are filmed classes, through yoga sessions.
Is it possible to watch all the videos at once, or do I have to wait for a new video every day?
Yes of course ! The entire training course is directly accessible, once payment has been made.
How long is the training available ?
You will retain your access to training for life. You will be able to follow it and follow it again as soon as you feel the need.
If one day, we decide to change hosting platform (which
is unlikely), you can send us an email and we will
resend the training to you.
What happens after I register ?

What to do if I change my mind after my purchase ?
