How did this method allow me to become independent and consistent in my practice?
Before finding a simple, clear and effective structure for my
practicing yoga, I felt like something was missing in

The training is accessible to everyone, whether you're a beginner, intermediate, or advanced. In my opinion, it's aimed more at amateur yogis than at yoga teachers.
Are there yoga classes in the training?
NO. The training offers educational video content. These are filmed classes, not yoga sessions.
Is it possible to watch all the videos at once, or do I have to wait for a new video every day?
Yes, of course! The entire training course is accessible directly, once payment has been made.
How long is the training available?
You will retain lifetime access to the training. You can complete it and retake it whenever you feel the need.
If one day we decide to change hosting platform (which
is unlikely), you can send us an email and we will
