The idea is to offer you every day, for 3 weeks, varied yoga practices at all levels , to work and move your entire body. I offer you, through videos of 20 to 30 minutes maximum, complete practices to balance and align your body with your mind .

They say it takes 2.1 days to establish and implement a new habit, a new ritual . I hope that thanks to this program, and thanks to daily practice, yoga will become a ritual for you , an essential that you will no longer be able to do without!

Is the challenge open to all levels?

Of course! The videos are accessible to everyone: beginners, intermediate, and advanced. Be careful, this doesn't mean that all the videos will be easy. Some classes are more challenging than others!

How long do I have access to the challenge?

You will keep your access to the challenge for life . You will be able to practice and follow the videos as many times as possible!

What happens after I register?
